The Theory of poker by David Sklansky. This is one of the best books ever written on Pokerk, and it was written by a top professional player. Unlike most other Poker books, it is not a “ how-to “ book but a book on theory that discusses in depth strategy and many sophisticated concepts. Serious players who do not study this book will lag behind those players who do. I reread my copy every three or four months and always find it helpful to my game.
