When I signed up as an affiliate for Bodog in April 2007 I had newer played there before. So I decided to try their poker room and made a very small deposit $35. I started playing 0.25-0.50 NL and won immediately, After a few days I had $400 and played $1-$2. Two weeks later I played $2-$3 NL and $5-$10NL. One month after my tiny deposit of $35 I had over $9000 at Bodog. OK I’m a relatively solid NL player but not that good. It was a good run of cards but I also won much more then I normally should do with the good cards. Players at Bodog Poker gives much more action then in any other Poker room I have played. They overplay their medium strength hands, they can’t lay down a good hand when it’s obvious they are beaten and they bluff in the wrong situations. Bodog players makes it very easy for you to take their money. At limits up to $1-$2 NL there is not much pre flop raising so the conditions are perfect for the tight aggressive player. At the higher limits it’s a bit more aggressive pre flop but still very good conditions. After playing at Bodog last month I can see very little reasons to ever play anywhere else.
